You must cancel all Demo, Full Suspension and Road Reservations 48 hours prior to pickup or you will be charged one full rental day.

Can I pick-up the evening before or drop off the following morning?

This is one of the most frequently asked questions.  Our stock answer in no.

We recognize that many people want to get an earlier start than 9am and would like to pick up the bike the day before.  We are trying to work out some sort of compromise for 2015.

We require all rentals to be returned by 5pm.

A 5pm Return allow our mechanics to go through each bike thoroughly, making sure it is functioning properly. We then must outfit each bike with the next day's pedal request and set the suspension.  For these reasons, we cannot guarantee a 5pm pickup.

However, if the bike is available :: i.e. not rented that day :: and is ready to go out :: Avalanche Sports will allow a 5pm pick up.  We are going to charge an additional $40 for this privilege.  This cannot be reserved or guaranteed, but if the bike is available, you can have it for $40 for that night plus $TBA for the next day.  In this scenario the bike may be picked up at 5PM (not any time before five), and is due back at or before 5pm on the last day of use.

Another common guestion is requesting a 9am return the following morning.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow this.  We have only one size run in each demo model.  An AM return does not allow us to have the bike ready for the next customer.  If the bike cannot be returned by closing, we will require a second day of payment.

Fall Rental Availability ::

We will rent bikes for as long as riding is possible up high.  Once the snow sticks and stays,  off road riding will cease.  Please call about trail conditions if looking at renting bikes after October 1st.

Secondly,  We have sold many off our Standard Bantams, Road Bikes, and Demo Bikes.  As of September 21st, we have moved all Full Suspension Bikes to our South Location.  If there is a specific model and size you wish to reserve, please call us, and confirm that we still have it, before submitting your reservation. 970 453 1461.
